Be very careful! I won at auction several electrical/electronic items - I had used them extensively prior and was accepting that items were untested and 'sold as seen'.
I recently received parcels via their nominated courier company, they were thrown from the back of the van and subsequently received catastrophic damage. It was raised as an issue with photos and facts in line with their terms and conditions.
For approximately £300 outlay and 10 days of stress, they made me an offer of £33 as I hadn't attended the viewing (the photos may not show the condition of the lot apparently - one item I bought showed a Samsung microwave that looked OK in their photos, received with shattered door and distorted housing). They arrange packing and delivery but take no responsibility even though their terms and conditions don't reflect.
