Not a reliable customer service. I won and paid for a dinner set. When it arrived I noticed 2 of the plates are broken due the poor packaging. I wrote back and complained. I said that ai wish to return them as I do not pay for an incomplete set. No use if the plates are broken. They asked for pictures. I send they asked more pictures I send again after. 5 weeks they are saying they can offer 3 pounds reduction! I had bought many times before but this last experience was unbelievable. I think they try to rip you off and not taking responsibility for their faults. Now my purchase always not very expensive but I have to give it to charity as I am not using half set! I will never buy again. Recommend you to think twice if you purchase a fragile item.
