id rather give a zero star!!!
I brought a pallet of items and my items where missing, upon asking them when collected where my items are they advised to get in contact via email and if I didn't take the remainder of pallet which wasn't stolen and deal with it via email they would charge me daily for storage and the easiest way to deal with this would be on complaint, bare in mind 3 workers saw that I didn't have the item. I had well over resale 400 pounds of items been stolen.
Lord and behold the following week after my complaint, 3 of the staff members from John Pye Birmingham where fired for theft, for 'back hand' selling pallets to customers. One women who was fired come up to a man in front of me and a staff member bragging she just got 700 pound cash for a pallet, which made complete sense of to how much items have gone walking.
It's been 4 weeks since being in contact and they advised that they won't be doing anything as the title does not say trainers. Yet your selling pallets to include over 300 items yet only add one single item in the description for example- PALLET TO INCLUDE IRONING BOARD. Yet isn't that false advertisement if that is the case.
So not only are they thieves that work there they are also liers!!
I'd advise sorting your staff out. As I'm already aware there is 3-4 more people in the Birmingham store selling back hands.
Outrageous how your weekly customer gets treated the way you have. Shame on you.
