I ordered some tiles as the compatible ones to some I already had. I needed help ordering online as could not find the ones I needed - they had changed their tile name. The lady on the phone was quite intimidating. On ordering it was kerbside delivery only. It was 3 boxes of tiles, I explained I was disabled and would be unable to go and carry them in. I live in a bungalow so easy access, but no, they only delivered to the end of our driveway. I needed to return all 3 unopened boxes as our plans had changed. I rang for assistance, to be told I have to arrange everything, find a courier, pay for their return myself. I did receive a recommendation of a courier but only as I asked for one. I will never order from Johnson’s again
