Website very easy to navigate/find tiles and purchase them quickly. The most impressive part was the delivery. Far too often pallet deliveries from other tile/bathroom companies are delayed causing headaches and loss of earnings. The estimated delivery was 2-5 days but it arrived next working day. A breath of fresh air and very impressed.

Danny was extremely helpful when I called with a query about a tile which wasn’t now available and pointed me in the direction of similar ones. Ordering a sample was very easy, updates on its progress plentiful and it arrived within 2 days. Sadly it was broken even though packaged so well, but it did its job in providing a colour match for my bathroom . Will definitely use Johnson’s again.
I ordered some tiles as the compatible ones to some I already had. I needed help ordering online as could not find the ones I needed - they had changed their tile name. The lady on the phone was quite intimidating. On ordering it was kerbside delivery only. It was 3 boxes of tiles, I explained I was disabled and would be unable to go and carry them in. I live in a bungalow so easy access, but no, they only delivered to the end of our driveway. I needed to return all 3 unopened boxes as our plans had changed. I rang for assistance, to be told I have to arrange everything, find a courier, pay for their return myself. I did receive a recommendation of a courier but only as I asked for one. I will never order from Johnson’s again
