I was assured the tiles would arrive in the time frame specified ( 4 days ). They were at the Fed ex depot, and texts said would deliverd Friday. They were not, and it appears there is no way to contact Fed ex or modify delivery. I contacted The shop, who said they would contact Fed ex, but they made 4 more delivery attempts while we were away, each time I contacted the shop. Tiles delivered following Tuesday. This is not directly the shops fault, but should discuss with Fed ex as their chosen agent.
