Whilst we received samples in good time, we're still awaiting tiles that were ordered three weeks ago. We only heard back from the shop after I resent an email enquiring about the delay, and even then no explanation (yet alone an apology) was given for the delay, except for saying that the tiles should now be delivered the week after. Overall poor customer service so far, with very little consideration for the fact that I have workers on site waiting for the tiles. UPDATE: customer support got in touch and they sorted out everything. Thanks to Johnson Tiles.
