I booked my nile cruise through johnsons holidays, Unfortunately had to cancel a d reschedule due to my partner being diagnosed and had major surgery after being diagnosed with cancer. We never realized at time when we rescheduled our luggage allowance was then less and we paid almost £1000 extra to reschedule which isn't very good! We did enjoy our cruise and Ahmed the guide on cruise was very informative and lovely. The food was not the best but ok ..on our rutirn to our hotel all was good but u fortunately the check in for easy jet from hurghada was a nightmare!! We simply couldn't check in resulting in myself contacting easyjet whom were as much help as a chocolate teapot!! But after contacting johnson holidays Asma has helped us and checked us in but unfortunately we are NOT sitting together because of delay in checking in but at least now sorted and we just need to print out passes as hurghada airport DONT allow mobile passes big shout out to Asma and please if you alert your trip ? Please be aware it costs a lot and you might NOT get sane luggage allowance as u had before? We have had to pay extra as 15kg isn't enough for us at all
