We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming way by Daniel, a very nice young man who then remained with us throughout the whole process which gave a nice sense of personal service. We are cautious buyers but Daniel patiently took us through the available stock and accompanied us on a couple of test drives. When we eventually plumped for a car, the buying process was unstressed and the car was presented in immaculate condition. Our local garage (we live in Cornwall) have since given the car a once over and are happy that we have a very nice car at a very fair price. Certainly my trip down from the Midlands was a very relaxed and positive driving experience.
