I ordered a Christmas present on the 11th, expecting delivery within 4 to 7 days. The order shows it was dispatched on the 17th, but the postal service hasn't received it yet. Since it won't arrive by Christmas, I will need to return it due to the delay. I've emailed multiple times about my concerns and was assured that it would be delivered on time. However, I've received no response to my last two emails, and the replies have been very slow. I'm extremely disappointed.
