Within moments, we received a response and were connected to a vet after a brief triage. The vet was exceptionally helpful, kind, and understanding. Uploading photos and videos for the vet's assessment was incredibly straightforward. After providing us with advice, they promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next morning to ensure there were improvements.
