Used Joii for the first time last week after one of our figs needed help to get out of bed in the morning couldn’t walk and was completely off balance. Being able to speak to a vet within an hour on a video call so they could see and hear the dog and us was so much less hassle than taking the dog to the vet if we could have even got an appointment. It was already hot outside so a car ride when he couldn’t balance would have been stressful for everyone. The follow up appointment 24hrs later was unexpected but great and then we even got a message the day after just checking we he was ok. Such a friendly and caring and less stressful way to get advice quickly putting all of us at ease.
