Prolonged 'Review' Status: My points have been 'under review' for months, seemingly to prevent users from reaching the redemption threshold before expiration. Redemption Failures: When I try to cash out, the system often fails to send the required OTP or shows error screens at the last step. Invalid Vouchers: When redemption succeeds, the voucher codes received are frequently inactive or invalid. Account Blocking: Accounts are often flagged or blocked right after requesting a payout. This platform is eager to collect our data but unwilling to fulfill their end of the deal. I urge the company to release my pending rewards immediately. To others: don't waste your time; your data is valuable, and this service is not compensating for it.
