I want to alert fellow panelists about the misleading practices happening on this platform. After dedicating hours to surveys, redeeming earned rewards has become nearly impossible. I am facing several serious issues that suggest this service is no longer acting in good faith: Point Devaluation: My earned points were converted to 'coins' for bidding games without my consent, instead of being available for direct voucher redemption. Prolonged 'Review' Status: My points have been 'under review' for months, seemingly to prevent users from reaching the redemption threshold before expiration. Redemption Failures: When I try to cash out, the system often fails to send the required OTP or shows error screens at the last step. Invalid Vouchers: When redemption succeeds, the voucher codes received are frequently inactive or invalid. Account Blocking: Accounts are often flagged or blocked right after requesting a payout. This platform is eager to collect our data but unwilling to fulfill their end of the deal. I urge the company to release my pending rewards immediately. To others: don't waste your time; your data is valuable, and this service is not compensating for it.
The company needs to make major improvements; it's a big scam alert. They are taking my points, and I have proof of their deceptive practices. My points have been under review for over two months, and I've raised a support ticket, but their replies are always the same: they are working on it, yet my points are not being added. 4000 points are still pending since the survey taken on 24/Aug/2025.
Please do not trust this survey panel. I've been battling with them for months, and it feels futile. I attempted to redeem my few points, only to be asked to complete more profile questions to qualify. This has not worked, as is often the case with them. Additionally, I get disqualified from nearly all their surveys. I've decided to delete my profile permanently. Don't waste your time; your efforts will go unrewarded. And don’t expect help from them—their automated support is ineffective, and the human service is even worse.
I would give a rating lower than one star if I could. I had 1100 points under review for over two months, meaning I spent 30 minutes on a survey without ever being compensated. I escalated the issue multiple times, but it remains unresolved; they simply refuse to pay me. Stay away from this service; there are far better options that pay promptly.
