I'm biased because I had a bad experience with a Community Solar program which made me wary of electric savings schemes. Negative comments on the internet caused me to cancel, and I didn't want to complicate and monitor my bills to save a few dollars. After I emailed Arbor to cancel, I received an emailed "receipt" from an energy supplier that confirmed I was locked in, and that I needed to wait and take onerous steps at a future date to cancel. Arbor customer service was satisfactory, but you're just a broker and I don't need surprise emails from third parties.
The communication from the support team was exceptional: timely, friendly, and informed . . . professional in every way. Whether the representative is a person or automated, the information provided was delivered swiftly and clearly, addressing any queries or concerns, helping me to choose the best option for my electricity provider.
I am truly thankful for the service. After applying, they responded quickly and provided the assistance I needed, especially since I was struggling to pay my electricity bill that coincided with my rent week. Simply saying thank you doesn't capture my appreciation. I will always be grateful! 😀
