I appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the representative who assisted me today, even during a busy period. Their unlimited tariffs for water and energy seem fair, though this is contingent on individual circumstances, as they utilize a risk pooling model. Customers who consume less than the fixed price help subsidize those who consume more. However, there is no fair usage policy unless you're running a business from home, such as using power tools or engaging in crypto mining. This does not seem to apply to typical home office work. It's important to note that any energy account will be under the utility service's name, not yours. This can lead to longer communication chains and might cause some complications, especially when setting up broadband initially.
