I am extremely frustrated. I signed up after a promotional deal and have yet to receive my medication. The online intake process is not user-friendly. I completed the intake, but five days later, I've received no communication, just requests to upload my previous prescription information, which I had already provided. I am very upset. I had an appointment scheduled today, but the provider canceled it just a minute before it was supposed to start, and then I received an email stating I "no-showed." My experience has been nothing but negative so far. I will update this if things improve. Edit: I emailed them, but the only response was an automated message.
