There is a significant lack of communication and misleading information. I enrolled in a subscription yesterday and received multiple texts and emails requesting my prescription from another provider. None of the messages specified who to send the prescription to, so I uploaded it into the app under the “document center” for previous prescriptions. I continued to receive messages asking for the same thing, which led me to text an unknown number my prescription, only for them to keep asking for more proof. Later, I received texts indicating that my order for a walk-in test was placed, but I never requested that. It also mentioned that I “must” go to a testing center and that I would get an email with instructions. I never received that email, and the app stated that I was denied medication, creating conflicting information. At this point, I just want a refund if this is how they operate.
I just got my second prescription from the service, and it's a different compound than what I initially received. I wasn't informed that this would happen. I scheduled a consultation and expressed my discomfort with trying something new, but the representative said they couldn't provide the original compound or make any adjustments. The dosage is incorrect; I had been on the medication for over a year at 100 units, but now it's only 5 units. I sent photos of the vial from my previous provider to show the dosage and medication I was taking. They said they had to start me at the minimum dosage due to a date issue. I obtained the original prescription information from my prior provider and uploaded it to the service's app. The representative mentioned they would restore my correct dosage once they received it. So now I'm left wondering if I will react to the dosage change. I've received several emails from the service asking for my prior prescription details. I keep replying that I've uploaded it, and I'm extremely frustrated. I need consistency with my medication, but unfortunately, I'm not getting that from the service.
I've been using the service since July 2025 and saw good progress. Unfortunately, I had to pause my subscription temporarily due to financial constraints. I was informed multiple times that I could order my medication as needed until the end of my current subscription. However, when I tried to request a refill, I faced issues as they mentioned I would need to pay for a new month to get a refill, given that only a few days were left in the current month. Now, I'm struggling to reach them and it's becoming quite frustrating.
I am extremely frustrated. I signed up after a promotional deal and have yet to receive my medication. The online intake process is not user-friendly. I completed the intake, but five days later, I've received no communication, just requests to upload my previous prescription information, which I had already provided. I am very upset. I had an appointment scheduled today, but the provider canceled it just a minute before it was supposed to start, and then I received an email stating I "no-showed." My experience has been nothing but negative so far. I will update this if things improve. Edit: I emailed them, but the only response was an automated message.
Joined last Friday and by Tuesday I had my meds , appointments with dietitians and other coaches. The experience has been amazing and for now well worth the money I need to see how the compound works for mecoming from brand name but I’m hopeful it will be ok.
Prepaid for 6 months but they send it to you one vial at at time and it has to be all used in those six months by the way. After 4 weeks, attempted first refill request and got the run around for over a week. Kept getting told the matter was "under review" or that a provider needed to take a look at the request. Eventually lost my patience and asked for and received pro rated refund for the remaining 5 months but the one month ended up being like $400 after they calculated it. Pricey and not efficient. Sad.
All of the people I've dealt with have been incredible! I haven't had a bad experience with anyone about anything. They respond very quickly to communication. I've dealth with Sam, Michelle, Johaina, and Vincent, to name a few, and they were all polite and helpful every time! I am so glad i searched around and decided on JoinFridays!!
Fridays is good when you first start but after some time their service becomes unreliable and sloppy. Trying to request a refill and receive my medication in a timely manner is like pulling teeth. Everything takes super long to get anything from them yet they sure are quick to take my money. I would not recommend them.
