There is a significant lack of communication and misleading information. I enrolled in a subscription yesterday and received multiple texts and emails requesting my prescription from another provider. None of the messages specified who to send the prescription to, so I uploaded it into the app under the “document center” for previous prescriptions. I continued to receive messages asking for the same thing, which led me to text an unknown number my prescription, only for them to keep asking for more proof. Later, I received texts indicating that my order for a walk-in test was placed, but I never requested that. It also mentioned that I “must” go to a testing center and that I would get an email with instructions. I never received that email, and the app stated that I was denied medication, creating conflicting information. At this point, I just want a refund if this is how they operate.
