I'm disappointed with this service. I travel for work and was told I couldn’t consult with a provider unless I was in New York City. While abroad, I faced a medication issue and received no support despite numerous requests. Although I liked my provider, the overall experience felt impersonal and profit-driven. The offshore call center only added to my frustration.
