The crazy thing is, I love my NP, but their so-called customer service is the problem. I needed a form filled out, and they came to me with the estimate that it would cost me 75.00 to have it filled out, and if it was FMLA, it would be 150.00. I have never heard of something crazy like that. At the end of the email, they have "Our Commitment To YouYour feelings matter, and we're privileged to support your mental health journey. Our goal is to provide kind, effective, and timely care. If you're not satisfied, let us know." If that is the case, why not help those who need it and stop nickel-and-diming your clients? Because it is business to them and not about the clients!!!
