I have to say that my experience with Layla was nothing short of a nightmare. After joining and receiving my first vial, I quickly realized that any questions I asked took literal days to receive a response. To make matters worse, my first vial was shorted by a week's dose, and it took forever to get a response from anyone at Layla, their website. Messaging system and email is the only way to reach them. There is no phone number listed. It was like pulling teeth to get customer service from them. When I finally received a response, I was promised a free vial to make up for the mistake. But even after a week of asking where that was, I received a response that basically said "Oopsie, we are getting this out today". Unfortunately, it never came, and I actually never heard from them again. It's abundantly clear that they don't value their customers or their business.I even contacted the compounding pharmacy (Nova) for an update on my prescription but received no response either. It's unbelievable that a company can be so unresponsive and unprofessional. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute with my bank and received a refund. I would never recommend Layla to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a company that cares about its customers.
