Have not had the best experience with Mochi at all. The first doctor did not document my visit which delayed me getting my second prescription. I had to schedule another appointment with a provider in order to get my next prescription. They already charged me the &79 fee without seeing anyone. I canceled my service and they charged me another provider fee after cancellation. Even have it in writing that o would not be charged anymore fees. Was told they could not refund the provider fee or whatever they call it. Will never use them again. Took the medication for two months with no results. I have previously used other GPL’s
