Mochi is great! I had my doctor appointment on Monday, my medication was processed and arrived at my door on Thursday that same week. Professional, efficient and courteous customer service. Dr. Recupero was so knowledgeable and absolutely amazing as well.
Excellent conversation with Dr.; LOVE the minimalist packaging! Not sure what else I can use the ice packs/Mochi canister for, but it’s MUCH BETTER than the foam box/excessive packaging and ice packs from LilyDirect! That’s worth the change alone - not to mention the savings! Have not used the product yet (I still have leftover from Lily), but definitely more eco-friendly!
One drawback (and Lily is guilty of the same): a little more warning when the product has shipped, so I have a day’s notice when it will be arriving.
My goodness! Addie is amazing and takes time to listen! She's so wonderful and a blessing! Im glad she's now with me on my journey! She's very knowledgeable! And REALLY wants you to succeed!
I have been with mochi for over a year. I did try a different company, but it was a flop for me. They have gone through their share of different pharmacies. It was worrisome that things were up in the air with mochi things finally got ironed out. Everything is working smoothly now with easy refills plus they have a whole more options of different kinds of services they provide kind of like a one stop shop
The company charged me for orders I never placed and never received. Eventually, I was refunded, but it took some time. In addition, I had received an extra month of membership for free as part of a promotion when signing up. I had planned to cancel my membership after my free month was up. Instead, I was charged for membership renewal before my free month, and when I told them my situation, they did not refund me the full amount because they said I had already used part of the month (but this was supposed to be free). I reached out several times requesting a full refund, and it would take weeks for them to respond, and when they did, they would request information I already provided and tell me they'd get back to me. They never did, and I have yet to get my money back. I do not recommend working with this company.
This was my initial experience with the service, which began on January 7th. I conducted extensive research and consulted various reviews, and the feedback was mostly positive. Consequently, I decided to purchase a 6-month membership and met with the provider, feeling satisfied at that point. My order was placed, and I received a package on January 9th, starting the process. Upon receiving the product, it appeared to be a small quantity, but I assumed it was a 4-week supply. I followed the dosage instructions and felt great initially. However, by week 2, I realized there wasn't enough for my second dose. I had to take a partial dose due to the insufficient amount provided. The vial was nearly empty, containing only 23 units instead of the expected 52. I contacted my provider through the refill form, but they denied my request and questioned my understanding of the dosage instructions, sending me the guidelines again. I reiterated my issue about the inadequate supply. They advised me to contact customer service. After explaining everything to them, I sent a picture of the empty vial as requested. They acknowledged receipt and promised to resolve the issue. On January 17th, I was asked to upload additional photos. By Monday, I still hadn’t heard back, so I inquired again. On Tuesday, I received a message claiming that the pharmacy uses automated equipment for accuracy, implying I was lying about the quantity received. I called again and was instructed to send yet another photo of the empty vial. I followed up multiple times throughout the week, but with no resolution in sight. It was now January 23rd, and despite having paid nearly $700 promptly, I had received no service or product as promised. The lack of action from customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I've requested to speak with a manager multiple times, only to be told they were too busy. It's disheartening, and I waited a week before posting this review. As of 6 PM on January 23rd, I’ve sent two requests for updates with no responses. Buyer beware; I can provide evidence of all my requests if needed.
I signed up for a multi-month subscription, but due to a technical issue, I was a few minutes late for my first appointment, leading to an immediate cancellation. Even though I did not receive any medical consultation or service, the company declined to issue a full refund. They claimed that since my account had been active for over 24 hours, they would only refund 5 out of the 6 months. Keeping a full month's fee for a service that was never provided due to a small technical delay is an unreasonable practice. Future customers should be aware of these strict and unhelpful refund policies.
The service took my subscription payment but failed to provide the promised services and is refusing to issue a refund. It took the provider 10 days to deny my refill request, which was rejected the day after it was supposed to be delivered. During my initial visit, the provider did not inform me that my weight needed to be updated for refill requests, and after finally updating it, the refills are still not approved. I contacted customer support four times about this issue, but was disconnected three times and received no helpful responses online. The service is unwilling to refund my subscription, leaving me without my prescription on time.
My provider was exceptional. They truly seemed to care about my health and ensuring I achieve my goals. During our visit, they listened attentively and took their time to educate me. I am very pleased to have started this journey with the service.
I'm very pleased with my healthcare provider! I haven't faced any problems with ordering or receiving my medications. I've suggested the service to others I know who need assistance but prefer not to wait until they develop diabetes.
