I signed up for a multi-month subscription, but due to a technical issue, I was a few minutes late for my first appointment, leading to an immediate cancellation. They claimed that since my account had been active for over 24 hours, they would only refund 5 out of the 6 months. Keeping a full month's fee for a service that was never provided due to a small technical delay is an unreasonable practice.
