I was not aware that I have been billed for the last 5 months without even setting up my account and receiving medicine. I called billing today to get a refund since Nov 10th and I got the bullshit answer that it had to be within a certain window in order to cancel. I now decided since I am paying for the service for this month to order the medicine this month. I am waiting to see how the next steps work. I will circle back and let everyone know. I have a really bad taste in my month with this customer service.
