This has left me with a gap in my treatment as I await the delayed shipment. I was informed that my second shipment was canceled because I disabled auto-renew on my payment, despite having already paid. This is disappointing customer service and treatment. I'm now waiting to see if they will rectify the situation before I consider switching to another provider.
