Their compound is DILUTED. THE CAPS ON THE VIALS ARE SCREWED UP. No customer service AT ALL. I'm on my 5th month and have only lost 6 lbs. Have used 3 other providers with great results. The only reason I tried Piper was the cost. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! When you try to contact them, the AI says someone will contact you, but they never do.

I wanted to love this company but honestly the tirzepitide is not effective at all. I switched companies to this one because of the pricing and beyond not happy. Their customer service is non existent also. I don’t recommend.
I ordered for the compound 15 mg which is the generic brand of zepbound. Because that's what I've been taking since last year. And my dose has been 15 mg since August of last year. I have lost weight, but it's not from this company. My insurance was paying for it, and now I have to come out-of-pocket. And I've been trying all day to try to get someone to talk to me. And I've yet to talk to a person. This is not ideal for me or anyone to have to experience this negligence. And when you're dealing with people and medications and health history and doses, and you would expect someone to immediately reach out to you or message, you email. You call you. Those are things providers will do regardless of where they're practicing.At the point is, is that I am really pissed off right now.And i've heard good things about this website

And I'm really, really mad, because I did the 3 months they knew how to take the money. But they don't know how to communicate, and you would think you want to communicate with someone. Especially with something that's so integrated With someone's health. Please, if somebody can give me an actual phone number. A live support, please. I've been looking and busting my brains trying to look for a phone number and communicating. Obviously is not reliable on the wannabe. Patient portal, which is a freaking joke. Eventually, they initiated the process to send the three months I had paid for just on the day I was due for my next treatment. This has left me with a gap in my treatment as I await the delayed shipment. I was informed that my second shipment was canceled because I disabled auto-renew on my payment, despite having already paid. This is disappointing customer service and treatment. I'm now waiting to see if they will rectify the situation before I consider switching to another provider.

However, the order was left in a 'sent to pharmacy' status with a misleading tracking label. Their automated support only replied once, and after I attempted to cancel, all communication ceased. I've reported this as fraud to my card provider.

UPS delayed the package by two days, which made me anxious about the medication's safety. I reached out to the support team multiple times via email and social media, but received no response. After repeatedly messaging them, I finally got a reply asking me to stop sending so many messages, yet there was still no guidance regarding the late delivery. What if I had needed to return the medication due to UPS's delay? I doubt anyone would have assisted me, and I would have lost over 600.00 dollars. They seem indifferent to customer concerns, focusing only on making money.
I received my first shipment without any issues and quite quickly. However, this time, my card was charged on 12/23, and it shipped on 12/27. I reached out to customer service on 12/31 when my delivery date vanished from the tracking site, messaged again on 1/1, and once more today, 1/2. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response. I have emailed and contacted the representative with no feedback. Now, the tracking site shows no information available, and the last update was on 12/30. At this point, I just want a refund for the product I never received and will choose a different service, but I can't get in touch with support or customer service. Please be cautious; I initially thought they were a reliable company. Now, I am out $600 with no medication.
