I ordered for the compound 15 mg which is the generic brand of zepbound. Because that's what I've been taking since last year. And my dose has been 15 mg since August of last year. I have lost weight, but it's not from this company. My insurance was paying for it, and now I have to come out-of-pocket. And I've been trying all day to try to get someone to talk to me. And I've yet to talk to a person. This is not ideal for me or anyone to have to experience this negligence. And when you're dealing with people and medications and health history and doses, and you would expect someone to immediately reach out to you or message, you email. You call you. Those are things providers will do regardless of where they're practicing.At the point is, is that I am really pissed off right now.And i've heard good things about this website

Especially with something that's so integrated With someone's health. Please, if somebody can give me an actual phone number. A live support, please. I've been looking and busting my brains trying to look for a phone number and communicating. Obviously is not reliable on the wannabe. Patient portal, which is a freaking joke.
