I did my initial questionnaire with Pom health JUST before this FDA stuff broke. Like less than an hour afterwards - it all made me feel really uncomfortable and so I contacted support immediately - again, within an hour or two of doing intake- and asked that they just cancel everything because I felt sketch until things calmed down. No response. Not one. Well, that’s aggravating. So I block transactions from Pom health just in case - and lo and behold I can’t get a response from Pom, but I did see a $400 charge attempted this morning. Still no response from Pom.
Awful customer service dudes. I’m really disappointed.
