Yes, thank you, I understood the problem: since I was working at the computer, I made ia photo of my passport with my smartphone, but when I tried to put it in the laptop I didn’t realise it arrived every time in bed conditions. When finally I decided to make the transaction only by phone, everything went to good. Unfortunately, due to the intense traffic, you couldn’t advise me before.
