Yes, thank you, I understood the problem: since I was working at the computer, I made ia photo of my passport with my smartphone, but when I tried to put it in the laptop I didn’t realise it arrived every time in bed conditions. When finally I decided to make the transaction only by phone, everything went to good. Unfortunately, due to the intense traffic, you couldn’t advise me before.

I had a very frustrating experience using the app as it was recommended by the company. It wouldn't access the photos on my device and failed to take pictures. I was kicked out ten times, and I never completed the application. Additionally, the unsubscribe button for the email list didn't work. I recommend going directly to the official website instead; it's also more affordable.
