I had a very disappointing experience with VOY. I ordered a testosterone test kit, which involved taking a blood sample from a finger prick at home. The process itself was simple, but the results I received seemed unusually low and questionable.
It honestly felt like the results were intentionally lowered just to push customers into paying for another test — this time a proper venous blood draw — followed by a paid online consultation and, of course, additional treatment costs.
On top of that, the app does not work properly. My results disappeared, and the only way to temporarily restore them was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even then, once you close and reopen it again, the results vanish completely. Very frustrating.
Trying to get in touch with customer support is nearly impossible — reaching them by phone feels like a miracle.
This is just my personal experience and opinion, but I definitely would not recommend this service to anyone. A complete waste of time and money.
