Well right from the start there was fantastic support any questions i had they answered straight away the doctors told me i had to loose weight as i was 13stone 6 iv tried lots of diets and diet pills but could only loose a couple of pounds but then i started with voy and im now 10 stone my knees feel a lot better now so i definitely recommend it if you want to loose weight Thank you voy

There is a real lack of transparency. When you sign up and only after they take payment from you, you're informed you have to download an app on your phone. If you don't download the app then you have to have have a video camera to have a consultation. This is all find but not mentioned anywhere before they take your money.

Great service.
I was disappointed paying for the thirst test (£30 odd) to be told I had low testosterone, and I would need to have a more advance test that was £80 extra there about more, to then be told my levels were ok.
Bit disappointing.
The service and communication was great never less.

Site is easy to use and it was quick and simple to load up the required documentation before being accepted. Once accepted, there is a mandatory on-line intro where you can ask questions. There is an AI helper available 24/7 if you need it. I’m in the middle of my journey as I write this, I’m losing weight at my chosen pace and the injections are so easy to administer (was my big worry). Whole experience has been very positive and professional so very happy to recommend to others.

Pride themselves on "1 to 1" help which is actually generic advice I could get from chatGPT. Just about making more income and no care about the customer. Google BBC news article on them.

I ordered the blood test for myself and seem reasonable priced and once paid i found out that most people need 2 tests to confirm the results. So double the price ,so why dont they say that a the beginning, dont seem right to me .cant afford to lose the money but if i had known I wouldn't of bothered.
