The product I purchased works very well, delivery is efficient & items well packaged.
I chose to pay to withdraw from my contract early as Voy did not match with my expectations in terms of the service I was paying for. I was assured that I would still have access to my account for the purpose of recording taking my medication, this was important as my deliveries had been overlapped despite my request to prevent this. Just 3 days later I am unable to access my account as it no longer exists, I still have a months worth of medication which was prescribed to me by Voy and am on track as per their schedule for my medication.
Voy has a lot of auto generated elements to their systems but unfortunately they seem to work independent of each other, this leads to errors in communication etc. This is most unfortunate as the few times I spoke with a human via their chat page they were very helpful.
Following day I had contact from Voy and they have reinstated my access to my account and information , thank you.
