I bought two JOKER prepaid cards from two different stores – I haven’t been able to activate or use either of them. I’ve tried multiple times, on different websites and devices, but nothing works. I contacted the stores – they claim everything went through correctly on their end and say they can’t help. In reality, I’ve lost $100.This feels like a complete scam – the company offers no real support, and the customer is left with nothing. I strongly warn others: don’t buy these cards, you’ll only lose your money and patience.Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by JOKER’s customer support. It turned out the issue was related to a security check. The team was very helpful and sent me new, working cards. I appreciate their prompt response and assistance. While the initial experience was frustrating, the situation was ultimately resolved in a positive way. Thank you for your help.
