I ordered 2 dresses which were lovelt but just didn't suit me. I hadn't looked at the returns policy - wish I had before hand! When I read them when wanting to return I was a bit suspicious. "We recommend you to email us the details of the tracking number, weight, etc. on your return or using our form below to inform us." I mean I've never been asked to share the weight of a return before.Yesterday I checked my email to see I've been returned for one dress only. I was then asked to share my proof of postage which did have the weight so you can clearly see it was 2 dresses. If I hadn't had this, I don't think they would've refunded for both. Which makes me suspicious that they try this every time, just refunding for 1 item per package. Clearly there were 2 dress in the parcel, so why did they not refund for 2 straight away?
