Bought a Jolie Moi dress via debenhams website cannot return it (does not allow you to generate a returns label) Dress arrived out of package and stinking of smoke and now I cannot return. Debenhams ignore you (can only contact via chat on FB) total con
I was not happy with the returns policy but followed it. It was £5.40 to return the item via tracked Royal Mail, which I did back in August. I have not received my refund for the item purchased - the customer services email address does not work and the phone number does not go through ever! I hope you are reading this Jolie Moi Customer Service, as you are doing a fantastic job of hiding!!! How many customers have you done this to? The dispute is now with my Bank who have been really helpful.
I have received support from JolieMoi on returns, both direct and as a Debenhams concession. In all occasions the response time has been excellent, their proactive response to resolve the issue and the resolution was all driven by the JolieMoi team.
I returned an inferior purchase which was not as described on website. I returned the dress with the appropriate request form on 20th October 2025 and to date have not received a refund from this company. This is the worst customer Service I have come across.... I would NOT recommend purchasing on line from this companyI have e mailed today and I am not hopeful of ever resolving this refund judging by other reviews and comments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PURCHASERS FROM IRELAND I have received an up date on refund when review was published they are to refund the costs within 7 days. I will await refund to further up date
I ordered 2 dresses which were lovelt but just didn't suit me. I hadn't looked at the returns policy - wish I had before hand! When I read them when wanting to return I was a bit suspicious. "We recommend you to email us the details of the tracking number, weight, etc. on your return or using our form below to inform us." I mean I've never been asked to share the weight of a return before.Yesterday I checked my email to see I've been returned for one dress only. I was then asked to share my proof of postage which did have the weight so you can clearly see it was 2 dresses. If I hadn't had this, I don't think they would've refunded for both. Which makes me suspicious that they try this every time, just refunding for 1 item per package. Clearly there were 2 dress in the parcel, so why did they not refund for 2 straight away?
