I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress from this website. I had seen the same dress in next but it had sold out. I stupidly thought if next sell the brand it should be good. How wrong was I?My £89 dress came in a 12 inch x 12 inch plastic bag stuffed in and creased up. It would obviously be creased. No care what so ever in packaging. Why on earth would an occasion wear company think this is acceptable? The dress was called Shirley and the quality was similar to a dress you could buy from a cheap market stall.Basically Coast, monsoon price but in reality better quality from primark.I emailed no reply I sent a message on Instagram no reply.Plus the dresses have lots of styles with same fabric so if you are thinking of wearing one of these dresses for an occasion chances are so will someone else.Very disappointed with my purchase and extremely concerned no-one can bother to reply to customers.Avoid this company they just don't care.
