I returned a dress on 1st April. Received an email on 8th April to say they'd received it and had credited my account. I emailed on 29th April to say credit hadn't appeared on my statement. Have tried ringing but apparently number 'out of service'. Am I £85 down and no dress? Rubbish customer service and complicatedreturn arrangements. I wrote this review on 4th May....the money has now appeared in my account.......
