I want to address the lack of security at a location in Earl's Court. There have been incidents of theft targeting customers. My phone was almost stolen while I was eating, but thankfully, someone intervened. I also witnessed another customer become hysterical after her bag was taken, and no staff attended to her. These incidents occurred during busy hours, and I urge management to take customer safety seriously by hiring security, especially during peak times. The slow food preparation also adds to this concern as it creates a chaotic environment that attracts thieves.
