I would give them minus 4 stars holding back one because the Asian Ginger Sauce is really good even though most of the time the minuscule amount that they put in the small cups is spilled out because they have not put the lid on properly so it just adds to the extremely poor service. The most annoying thing is waiting for your delivery sometimes for an hour or so only for the order to be cancelled without any explanation. This is a frequent issue and Ubers response “is sometimes these things happen” if Uber knows that this company doesn’t give good service why do they let them on their platform. Today I waited 1hour&45 minutes for our meal to arrive with frequent updates saying that the delivery is just 14-8 minutes away and then the delivery person waited in one area on route for more than 10 minutes for our meal to arrived with one portion of food missing and the food on arrival appeared to be tampered with. I can only express that we were deeply disappointed and will not order from this Miserable restaurant ever again. Jollibee indeed more like awful joyless Jollymess. 😣
