So disappointed. Ordered a spray of flowers for a much loved relatives funeral.
The marketing hype read well, was easy to order. They said they have great florists all over Austria. Was sending from Australia.
Then first email said they could not deliver until the day after scheduled. That would have meant we made the funeral day at least.
Next thing I know we are being advised of a refund and told they could not deliver. We have now missed the funeral.
If they told us on the first day of missing the delivery we could have made other arrangements still.
There is a florist in the town. They should have made more effort. So sad about this. Disgusted with this provider.
