Timely delivery but some issues

I ordered flowers, chocolate, and a vase, and while the delivery was on time, the flowers were not fully bloomed as depicted in the photos. Also, the vase was missing. I've reached out to the support team and am awaiting a response.

Received something completely different

The flowers I requested and paid for were never sent! Instead of the bunch of roses, I received sad white roses with plenty of leaves and just a few other white flowers. This feels unethical and dishonest!
