I bought a handheld video game as a Christmas gift for my grandchild, and it stopped working after only 4 days. Despite advertising a 30-day warranty, they demanded pictures of the shipping label, which I had already discarded along with the Christmas wrapping. I purchased two units, but they refused to send a replacement. I will not shop with them again, as their products appear to be of poor quality and they do not uphold their warranty.
