Unexpected customs fees impacted my experience

I placed an order for three cosmetic products totaling $66. The package shipped from Korea and arrived relatively quickly — in about 10 days, which was a positive aspect. Initially, the prices appeared slightly better than purchasing the same items on a popular platform in Spain. However, upon delivery, I had to pay an additional €17.5 in customs fees. Consequently, the order ended up being far from cost-effective. The seller does not inform customers about potential customs charges for EU countries, resulting in a final price that is much higher than anticipated. For this reason, I certainly won’t be ordering from this seller again — with the added customs fees, it’s simply not worth it.

Disappointing handheld video game experience

I purchased a handheld video game as a Christmas gift for my grandchild, and it ceased functioning after just 4 days. Although they advertised a 30-day warranty, they requested photos of the shipping label, and I had already discarded all the Christmas wrapping and boxes. I bought two units, but they have declined to send a replacement. I won't be shopping with them again, as their products seem subpar and they do not honor their warranty.

Terrible customer service experience.

The customer service was absolutely appalling. I placed an order worth around $100, and the tracking has shown 'delivered' for two weeks, but I have no working tracking code to open a case with the shipping services they provided. It's utterly ridiculous, and I will not be purchasing again due to the complete lack of support from their service team. I am genuinely shocked by how bad this experience was, and I'm out $100 because they refuse to refund me since it was marked as 'delivered.' I have no idea who received my products, but it certainly wasn't me! Avoid ordering from them.

Overcharged, terrible website experience.

This website feels like a scam—don't trust the influencers! I was overcharged on PayPal. The coupons and discounts appeared to be applied at checkout, only for me to find PayPal charged me the full price. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was told it was 'now in transit.' Customer service refused to honor the coupon or cancel my order. Additionally, I had sale items in my cart, only to have my payment rejected and charged at full price. TOTAL SCAM. Other options are far better. I will never shop here again.

Simply outstanding service.

They are fantastic. The payment process was easy, packaging was excellent, and shipping was incredibly fast—only 5 days for delivery, even to my somewhat remote location. I've never received anything this quickly before. I will definitely order again!

Excellent skincare shopping experience!

I have been using this platform for skincare purchases for a couple of years without any issues. It generally takes a few business days to process an order, then shipping takes about a week. My packages usually arrive within 10 days (except during a recent postal strike). Importantly, I was not charged extra fees like with other services. This is a great place to shop!

Extremely poor customer service.

The customer service was the worst. My parcel was held by the postal service, and I was never notified. As a result, it was returned to the seller. I tried to explain my situation, but they only mentioned that the return shipping cost was higher than what was displayed on their site. After they received my parcel, they still refused to refund my money. I had to threaten a credit card dispute to receive half of my money back, as they claimed return shipping cost $25. I won't be returning.
