Extremely poor customer service.

The customer service was the worst. My parcel was held by the postal service, and I was never notified. As a result, it was returned to the seller. I tried to explain my situation, but they only mentioned that the return shipping cost was higher than what was displayed on their site. After they received my parcel, they still refused to refund my money. I had to threaten a credit card dispute to receive half of my money back, as they claimed return shipping cost $25. I won't be returning.
