The reason you see so many positive reviews for this company online is because they pay per review. They insist that their products are genuine but I received a fake mud mask and when I contacted them I was told I could PAY to ship it back to them. They refused to look at my pictures and one customer service rep even condescendingly suggested that I was confused because the brand had recently changed its packaging - an item that I regularly use (so am aware of package changes) and have received straight from Korea from a friend! They didn't get back to me until I escalated the case to PayPal, and even when they did they ignored all my photo proof of the OBVIOUSLY fake product and my requests to correspond through PayPal.Unfortunately PayPal no longer offers protection for cosmetics as they say they "can't conclusively authenticate them", and their (Jolse) customer service is a joke who warned me against posting a review of my experience! Even the PayPal rep I spoke to was disgusted by their behaviour and said she would avoid them.Not worth the stress ladies!
