Unexpected customs fees impacted my experience

I placed an order for three cosmetic products totaling $66. The package shipped from Korea and arrived relatively quickly — in about 10 days, which was a positive aspect. Initially, the prices appeared slightly better than purchasing the same items on a popular platform in Spain. However, upon delivery, I had to pay an additional €17.5 in customs fees. Consequently, the order ended up being far from cost-effective. The seller does not inform customers about potential customs charges for EU countries, resulting in a final price that is much higher than anticipated. For this reason, I certainly won’t be ordering from this seller again — with the added customs fees, it’s simply not worth it.
