Update: The company has now processed the payment as promised. While the overall service was reasonable, better communication could have alleviated many concerns regarding the returns process. The sales experience was flawless with good communication throughout. Delivery was prompt, and the watch arrived quickly in excellent condition, brand new and beautiful. It was a gift for my husband's 10th anniversary; he loved the watch but felt it didn't suit him due to the size of the face and strap. We initially requested an exchange, which was accepted and processed. We were informed that the price difference for the new watch could be settled once the initial watch was returned. We confirmed via the postal service that it was delivered on September 18th. My husband decided to try the new watch in a store before finalizing the purchase, so we requested a refund instead. The company agreed but has not processed it yet. Eleven days later, we still have no confirmation of the refund, nor any communication from the company despite sending two follow-up messages. Very disappointing, especially given how well the sales process went. I'll pursue a refund through my credit card company if I don't hear back soon.
